Easy Dinner with Realgood Foods #notsponsored

I’m on a #wellnessjourney …. Yes I want to lose weight but I also want to make sure that I’m having fun in life! Sooo one of the ways that I’m working on my wellness is through my eating habits! This meal took less than 20 minutes and helped me eat at a decent hour but also have minimal clean up! Any of the #realgoodfoods frozen chicken options are better than most! I put these in the air fryer for 12 minutes on 330 degrees and magic was created! I put some steamable veggies in the microwave and then seasoned them. I plated everything and dinner was served! As a nice dessert, I had a plate of freshly cut watermelon.
