Easy recipe for Taiwanese crispy pancake!

Who else also love Taiwanese crispy pancake? 🍳

I cheated by using frozen prata from NTUC, but it’s so convenient. Only 2 ingredients. The secret is in the way you cook it so that it gets crispier than usual prata.

I learnt this while watching the auntie cook my orders in a street stall in Taipei.

This is call 葱抓饼 crispy pancake, which is different from the 蛋饼 egg crepe at those breakfast stall 早餐店. For that, you will have to use wraps (also available at supermarkets). Another recipe for another day. 😉 Both are of course just substitute and won’t taste 100% authentic but it’s close enough.

I notice that the supermarket now sells frozen Taiwanese crispy pancake too, but I haven’t try it yet. Wonder if it taste the same as prata.
