This Mother’s Day I reflect on what motherhood really is…for me at least.

It’s messy & beautiful as I navigate the way to be the best mom to both of my children…who need me in completely different ways.

It’s full of last experiences. While this post isn’t about the details…she’s our last. Some recent life events have solidified that and while I knew we were done, we now are for sure. So the feeling of her firsts being my lasts is a little saddening, and that’s ok! I’m still enjoying them.
