About four years ago, before I began my wellness journey, I used to indulge in unhealthy treats like Reese's, cheesecake, and ice cream.

However, since becoming a holistic nutritionist, I have discovered ways to replace these processed foods with healthier options that still satisfy my sweet tooth.

This change has really improved how I feel both mentally and physically.

So, I thought I'd share a quick and easy recipe for no-bake energy balls that you can whip up in just 10 minutes. Trust me, they're super delicious!

✨Ingredients⁣

- 1 cup rolled oats⁣

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used vegan)⁣

- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal⁣

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter⁣

- 1/3 cup maple syrup⁣

- 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

✨Instructions⁣

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. ⁣

- Form into small balls⁣

- Place on a baking sheet and place in the fridge for about 1 hour to set.⁣

- Store in the fridge in an airtight container⁣
