Sofrito is An Essential in My Kitchen. It’s a base created using a variety of veggies and even spices that create a certain depth in food based of the flavors it brings out.

My household is smaller so the ingredients provides are for 3 people. If you have a bigger family increase the Ingredients as you see fit.

🫑 5 Tomatillos

🫑 1/2 white onion (use what you prefer)

🫑 4 sweet mini bell peppers

🫑 1/4 bunch of cilantro

🫑 3 garlic cloves

🫑 1/2 jalapeño
