EASY VEGGIE SIDE DISH | Cucumber Salad 🥒

This might be the easiest & fastest side dish ever. I’ve seen it prepped a ton of different ways, but this is my super lazy version lol. Peel the cucumbers if you have the energy and don’t want the bitter taste, but you lose some nutrients that way. I just throw things in there to taste, so it always comes out a bit different but still tasty!
