Sourdough Discard Donuts 🍩

i’ve been in my baking era lately and I decided to try making homemade sourdough discard donuts.

I will say I do recommend either having a specific donut cutter or testing a few before you decide to make the whole batch! I found that when I started some of mine weren’t done in the center.

I ended up having to improvise since I didn’t have a doughnut, cutter, and it worked perfectly.

I instead of doing a glaze, melted some butter and added cinnamon & sugar. They were so yummy! ✨
