Favourite corner of my home

Food I make tastes much better when a my space looks pleasant. I love a kitchen that’s a balance between spontaneity and being organised ✨

Here are my favourite items as pictured:

1. Cheese cutting board: it’s ceramic and made in Japan, which I thrifted from a Housing Works in NYC a few months ago.

2. Sun & Moon mug: I found this while travelling New Mexico, handmade by an indigenous artist.

3. Bunny towel: picked it up at an antique mall in Alameda calledThe Katz Meow quality antiques & Vintage collectibles . That place looks like a museum, definitely worth checking out. Plus I have a bunny and she looks exactly like the one on the towel 🐰

4. Staffordshire Blue Willow Platter: had an extra day in L.A, so I explored a few antique stores, and went home with this lovely platter. It’s definitely not thrift price, but I fell in love with it 🥲

5. Vintage water jugs: all thrifted from different Goodwill & Salvation Army stores across the S.F Bay Area. All three are European (Czech, U.K., and Germany, according to my research).

6. Fenton candy jar: found at an estate sale for a few dollars in Oakland, I love how the blue really pops against my yellow walls. Now my candies would not have to clutter the fridge 🍬
