I decided to make a part 2 to my original post of high protein items at our favorite grocery store - Trader Joes. If I find more I think are worth sharing, keep an eye out for part 3.
Organic Oven Roasted Chicken Breast : For two slices, you get 12 grams of protein! It's so easy to make a sandwich and add 4 slices to make it a protein packed lunch! I also really enjoy snacking on these mid day when I get a little hungry before dinner.
Plain Greek Yogurt - up to you if you want to get the fat free or low fat. I prefer a little fat for more flavor. This yogurt has 14g per serving! I find the serving amount to be the perfect amount for a fruit parfait. I add honey or stevia to sweeten.
Power Crunch bars - These bars are lower in carb but higher in fat and protein. I find them to have pretty balanced macronutrients. Each bar comes with 14 grams of protein! All of the flavors are pretty tasty but the Vanilla Creme one is my fav!
