Some notes:

- add as much seasoning as you think you would need. I eyeball everything and then taste it as I go. Remember to start with less and add more along the way to avoid over doing it.

- if you can’t find chicken bullion powder, get the cubes and add 1-2 into your broth.

- when adding oil to the pan to fry tortillas, don’t add too much or it will not turn out right. Again, use less then add as needed!
