We’re hitting the gym hard aiming for 3-4 days a week but most importantly I’m focusing on my diet.

What’s at the end of your fork 🍴 matters most though. Eating less meat 🥩 allows your body to get rid of fat and by still eating plant 🌱 based proteins gain muscle 💪🏽. Lowers cholesterol and visceral fat that surround your organs 🫁🫀. And if we’re being honest we all know dairy 🥛 products are super high inflammatory foods that have no true benefit.
