Back from vacation and back on my bs!!!!!!!
Im back to eating primarinaly Animal / plant based! So if it comes from the ground or an animal, im eating it!!!
I am doing this semi ✨loosely✨ meaning, i am eating somethings that fall outside those perimeters. Like protein powder, PB2, rice cakes, creamer, some sauces. 🤷🏻♀️
My body loves and reacts best with this type of eating!!! My perforamce in the gym / on my runs thrive when im strict.
Currently, im not counting macros. I have a pretty good idea of the nutrients my body is getting because ive tracked now for 12+ years 🤷🏻♀️ this is definitely more of a high protein / lower carb diet
