I’ve found that what you do before 9am can really set you up for success, so I’m sharing my top 5 things to do before 9!

These little habits help me feel more energized, focused, and ready to take on the day.

1: Fueling my body with a nutritious breakfast is non-negotiable. I love starting my day with something that gives me energy.

2: Getting my body moving early in the morning makes a world of difference. It helps me shake off sleepiness and get my blood flowing.

3: I make sure to drink a big glass of water as soon as I wake up. It helps kickstart my metabolism, wake me up, and keep me feeling refreshed. And of course I keep drinking water all day.

4: I take a few minutes to do my to-do list and set some intentions for the day. Having a clear plan helps me stay on track and makes the day feel more manageable.

5: I like to start my day with a little mindfulness. It helps me stay grounded and positive no matter what comes my way. And of course the best place to do this is in nature, where you can see life happening and be grateful for.
