Vaginal discharge colors: what they mean?

This post is for all my girlies with a vagina. Sometimes it’s difficult for us to understand what is normal and what is not down there.

Vaginal discharge is normal and you don’t have to be embarrassed about that. A healthy vagina will discharge and mess your underwear up, it’s okay.

Our body is amazing and it will always tell us if it needs more attention then the necessary.

A vagina is an amazing organ, it rebalance itself and self-clean. That’s why you don’t have to use any product to wash inside of your vagina, and please, use natural products to wash the outside area!!

Since I post about vaginal health, many girls asked me to post about vaginal discharge and what is healthy or not.

I hope I could help you to understand a little bit more about what colors are normal or not!

Itchiness, bad smell and pain is not normal! Our vagina is very fragile. Please, use protection during sex and always pee after any sexual activity.
