The truth is usually simple to understand ✨

Hello friends 🍋

We know life is not easy. Some days I want to give up of everything, because I feel anxious, I feel sad, I feel exhausted or full of expectation.

When we are young it’s very difficult to accept the truth. Every problem, every situation, they all look very big.

Once we get older, we learn some important things. Things about life, how to face our problems properly and where to put our energy into.

You learn that every difficult phase will lead us to something new, something better, because they make us stronger.

We learn not to accept unhappy people, unhappy moments… we want to feed ourselves with positivity, love and gratitude.

We stop expecting things from people. If we want something, we put effort, we do it.

We accept that everyone is different and we will never stand out creating competitions or trying to make someone look bad.

We hold our explanations, we learn how to be silent and when/where our energy needs to go.

Life is difficult because we think everything needs to be under our control, when the truth is… what needs to be under your control, will be.

There is a right moment for everything.
