Strawberry Shortcake Puppy Chow 🍓🍰

Ingredients:

5 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 Big Box Strawberry Jello Mix

1 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional)

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently toss to coat the cereal evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the strawberry jello mix and powdered sugar.

Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable plastic bag, then add the jello mix and powdered sugar mixture. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is fully coated.

Spread the coated cereal on a baking sheet to cool and harden. For an extra strawberry kick, sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top.

Once cooled, store in an airtight container and enjoy!
