hello my name is tessa, and this is my workout routine! my overall workout goal is to obviously keep myself in shape, while also slimming my waist and growing my glutes to achieve the dream ⏳ body! so if your goal is similar to mine this is what works best for me!
🏋️♀️- WARM UP
i start off doing a half a mile incline walk to warm up my whole body, specifically my legs, and follow by stair master
🆎- ABS
for abs my goal is to slim my obliques to create a better proportion of my waist- these exercises are good for this
🍑- GLUTES
for my glutes my goal is to target hip dips and make my hips bigger in proportion to my waist- making my waist appear smaller
💦- COOL DOWN
remember to STRETCH! some stretches i recommend are floor lunge, straddle, toe touch, and arm circles- i can also make a post abt stretches that work for me!
after stretching i do a cool down walk on the treadmill to whatever pace is best
⭐️- you can repeat this workout as much as possible i recommend 2-3x a week with a set of twice a day. remember practice makes progress! and to see results fast make sure you’re eating right! 🍉🍊🍌🥑🥭
