Flax seed and Brewers yeast: I typically eat these things in yogurt or oatmeal! I have also seen some recipes for lactation treats that also include some of these ingredients, we will have to try them 🖤
Yoplait ( Protein kind ) and peanut butter! You need to be eating ALOT of protein! In my experience with breast feeding, my hunger has increased significantly!
STAYING HYDRATED 💦
