Here’s a dose of reality for your timeline 💌

People love to show the most ‘flattering’ versions of themselves in social media. But it is all manipulation! There is so much that is gone into a picture for fitness especially and it makes me annoyed how no one also shows the other side of it. Or not nearly as often enough, and when it happens it is refreshing every time. The beauty standards these days are so unrealistic, the trends too are so bent on making people feel insecure about things that you would never notice or guess would even be a problem. Posing, angles, lighting, and even editing are always in play. I am also guilty of this!
