2 reasons I chose to do DRY JANUARY🍸🚫

Why I decided to do Dry January:

1) Drinking is a temporary fun activity to do socially, but it never makes me feel good later in the night or the next day and I didn’t see the fun in it for days after. My body’s metabolism slows down, my motivation for the gym takes a big hit, and my physical goals are pushed back. I wanted to challenge myself and see how my body would change physically this month.🥰

2) Saving my money for traveling. I get so mad at myself for spending money on drinks at the bar/ubers/late night meals and it just pushes me back. Saving as much money as I can for my life goals of traveling in my 20s, and especially in 2024. Wasting money on alcohol is something I wanted to cut out and this is the start of it for me! 💸✈️🚗
