My 2024 New Years Resolutions✨

This year we are focusing on our mental and physical health, strengthening our relationships with ourself and with others, and building a life we will be proud of when the time comes. No one is going to keep you accountable to your own wants and needs besides yourself. You are your best asset.

The ways I will hold myself to these goals is to;

🎆Setting screen time reminders on my phone

🎆Working out earlier in the day so I can get it out of the way because I tend to make excuses with timing

🎆Visit family every month/call my parents & siblings more

🎆Book small trips with my S/O so we can do more of those than one or two larger ones this year

🎆Reach out to my gym for times on workout classes/available trainers

🎆Ask my bikini comp friends to show me their moves

🎆ask myself if i really need the things I want/is it worth it?

🎆Set reminders on my phone

If im being honest I have not fully completed all of my New Year’s resolutions in one year before but thats okay!! some of these goals have rolled over throughout the years and I have gotten closer and closer to completing them. Thats progress baby, It is still as importaqnt and sucessful than to completely give up 🥹 please don’t fully give up on your goals bbs!!
