For a period of time, I was feeling breathless. I felt breathless after taking a flight of stairs and it got worse as I was breathless after walking from home to carpark. 😖
Told my mum bout it and she asked me to make this drink once a week! True enough after taking for awhile, now I'm feeling much better. 🤩
I was told that this drink helps to nourish my vitality (补气)!
I love the convenience of this recipe, how I don't need to cook it over the stove! 🤭
[Ingredients]
1 Dang Shen (codonopsis)
7 Dried Longan
5 Red Dates (seeds removed)
A handful of wolfberry (goji)
Rock sugar to sweeten the drink (optional)
[Steps]
1️⃣ add all the ingredients into a thermal flask (I'm using 650ml here).
2️⃣ add boiling water and let it sit for 1hr.
Oh another TIPS here! Always add those herbs in ODD numbers. I dunno why but my mum asked me to. 🤭 That's y u see my ingredients are all in odd numbers!
