HYBRID of Iron and Steamer?

When we first moved in to our new house, we were undecided whether to get a Steamer or an Iron. We got mixed review everywhere we go.

I've came up with the comparison of their pros and cons respectively.

After looking at it, I wonder if there's a hybrid of Iron and Steamer. Then I came across this STEAM IRON!

The only sad part is, I have to find space to keep the ironing board but I don't quite mind with the features they have!

I realised there's a newer model steam iron to replace what I am using and it's the improved version.
