1. feynman technique
β simplify complex topics by explaining them as if you were teaching someone else π©βπ«
β only use simple language
β identify gaps and concepts that you struggle to explain π
β review and simplify until you can explain the concept clearly!
2. pomodoro technique
β study in focused intervals of 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break β°
β after four intervals, take a longer break

β use flashcards to reinforce your learning, with all flashcards starting in Box 1 ποΈ
