i recently visited Bangkok during their Songkran week, and I wanted to share my top 3 must-have items for surviving the heat wave! Bangkok is even scorching hot right now, so these are absolute essentials to avoid sunburn and heatstroke.

1) ʙɪᴏʀᴇ ᴜᴠ ꜱᴜɴꜱᴄʀᴇᴇɴ ꜱᴘʀᴀʏ

you can probably purchase this in bkk at a cheaper price, but i brought it from SG. 👍Why I like it: because it's a liquid spray, super easy and convenient to touch up. all you have to do is just spray it all over your body, keeping your hands clean. plus it's small, so it fits into your bag without adding weight.

2) ʙɪᴏʀᴇ ɪᴄᴇ ᴄᴏʟᴅ ʙᴏᴅʏ ᴡɪᴘᴇꜱ

seriously, this is a godsend! it's incredibly cooling! my husband had a high fever on of one of days we're, and I used this instead of a fever patch to bring his temperature down. he said it's so refreshing because it's really ICE COLD! i also use it to wipe my scalp because, well, it gets sweaty. hehe definitely a must-have.

3) ɴᴇᴄᴋ ꜰᴀɴ

forget about handheld fans or any other nonsense. i like to keep my hands free, so a neck fan is another brilliant invention! all you have to do is to just put it around your neck. don't worry about looking silly; you really won't. it's so refreshing to have air blowing up your face, and to be honest, it looks like airPods pro max!

by the way, another trick to beat the heat in Thailand is to go to 7-11 and buy their 10-baht cup of ice! add water or coke..... and woooooo, it's an ultimate heat / thirst relief, I swear. it just hits different leh, sibei shiok i tell yall!
