I start work at 7 am and I get off around 3pm. This is all I will munch on during the work day.
I go to the gym after work and then get a huge yummy meal for dinner to satisfy me for the rest of the day (around 4:30-5pm)

What has helped ME is eating less in the morning will train your stomach not to be as hungry until for dinner. This also shrinks the stomach organ itself. *ITS HARD AT FIRST* then your body gets use to it - 21 day rule.
This helps me with my caloric deficit.
This is a form of an easier fasting! Fasting is a great tool to help your calorie count for the day because there’s a specific time when you eat. <3
