Happy Apps! Apps that Make You Happy

Can an app really make us happy? While I’m no expert in happiness, there are a few apps on my iPhone that make me happy. How? By providing something happy to ready about (Goodable) or teaching me mindfulness (The Smiling Mind). Perhaps even an app that helps me work smarter not harder (GoodNotes). I say if it makes life easier, allows us the freedom to be creative, and just has a positive impact on us, then YES! Apps can cause happiness!
