Creamy Avocado Pasta

🥑🥑CREAMY AVOCADO PASTA SAUCE 🥑🥑

Trust me on this one. It tastes so good!

Blend together:

1 ripe avocado

1 handful spinach

3 gloves garlic

1 cup cottage cheese

Salt

1/2 jalapeño

Juice from 1 lemon

1 cup water

1. Blend together the ingredients above

2. Add to a sauce pan and simmer to heat up

3. Pour over 8oz box cooked pasta of choice and mix together (I used chickpea noodles)
