I need helppp😫

I need some serious skin care tips. I’m finally starting to results in my skin tone and acne thanks to turmeric and antibacterial soap. But I can’t seem to get my pores to act right. When I first wash my face my skin is bright and clear but as the day progresses on my pores becomes more and more noticeable. Or, I find a small cluster of bumps. Please help with some good hacks and tricks become I’m all out of tricks. And please don’t say water bc I drink it religiously😂.
