𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
3 Eggs, soft-boiled
2 Tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, pulverized or minced
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp chili crisp
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡:

Furikake (Japanese Rice Seasoning)
• make soft-boiled eggs by boiling them in a pot for 6 minutes and 30 seconds then transferring them to an ice bath to cool down. Peel the eggs and set them aside.
• place a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add in pulverized garlic, gochujang, chili crisp, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well an dcook until the sauce begins to thicken.
• add in peeled eggs and mix them well in sauce.
• serve immediately over a bed of rice, garnish with furikake, and enjoy!
