6 ways to enjoy your life a little bit more:

🍦 Everything in moderation, but indulge in your favorite dessert! Personally, mine is homemade apple crisp with a side of vanilla ice cream!

🌞 Get outside, if weather permits, and soak up some sunlight! Vitamin D has so many benefits for our overall wellbeing.

💪🏼 Find a workout you ~ enjoy ~ Some days are harder than others to get a workout in, but discover what kind of exercise you enjoy and simply do it! You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain! My personal favorite workout will always be a Pilates/Barre workout to help me connect my mind and body together.

💅🏼 Doing something glamorous doesn’t have to be expensive! I recently found out that doing my own manicure at home makes me feel proud and glamorous all at the same time! Of course, if you have the luxury of going to get your nails or toes done or going to the spa for a massage or facial then by all means do it! You deserve it!

🛒 Nothing like some retail therapy that can’t fix anything, am I right? Or, in my case, go window shopping to get ideas and inspiration for down the road✨

🌅 Last, but not least, enjoy the simple things in life. The beautiful cotton candy sunset at the end of the night, the morning coffee, the time spent with quality people! The list is endless! Don’t take your life for granted, because tomorrow is never promised ❤️
