WELLNESS RETREAT IN WEST IRELAND🧘🍀

I attended a yoga & wellness retreat in West Ireland, specially in Kilcrohane.🌲 It was such a beautiful area! It was hosted by my friend Isabelle and was actually her first ever retreat but she is planning more in the future. I had no idea what to expect of this retreat because I'd never been to one before, but I'm so happy I attended and went out of my comfort zone because I had an amazing time. I also couldn't pass it up because it was so much more affordable than other retreats (€160). The yoga wasn't intense but relaxing and restorative, and we had plenty of time to bond as a group through activities like art & swimming.

It was 2 nights long which I felt like was the perfect amount of time, especially considering I was sleeping in a tent.⛺ I definitely encourage you to consider attending a wellness retreat as you will get to meet over lovely people and learn more about yourself!
