Is a Soho House Membership Worth it?

Soho house is a members only club with locations all around the world. It’s filled with members from a creative background and is meant for networking and exclusivity. The yearly membership can be pricey so is it really worth it?

I’ve been a member of Soho House Miami for about a year now. It really is an incredible place with so many events, such as a private Jonas Brothers Concert. A lot of the events you have to pay an additional fee for, which is a downside in my opinion.

For beach chairs and service it is 10/10. The chair are so comfortable and the waiters are very attentive and friendly. A downside though, is in peak season there is a waitlist for chairs. You can be waiting up to 4 hours to even grab a seat!

For food and drinks, there are tons of options. My honest opinion however is that the quality of food at the beach is not great, and extremely overpriced. However, this is just at the Miami location, as I have yet to try some other spots across the world.

Another great aspect of Soho House is you can go to any location in the world once you are a member. This is an incredible way to feel a sense of “home” wherever you go, and socialize with people in different areas, yet that have similar interests.

Overall I’d have to say that Soho house is worth it! It is so much more than just a beach club, with endless opportunities, unique people, and great staff.
