60 do your best

my version of 75 hard/soft doesn’t have me starting over if i mess up or having me trying to meet unrealistic goals for myself. my version is the “60 do your best” and entails all the things that i need to do to start taking better care of myself. if i’m being honest, self care and/or taking time for myself gets away from me sometimes and i don’t want that to be the case anymore. so with my 60 do your best challenge i’m taking back control of me!

my rules:

1) try to do these 6 tasks every day. no minimum limit (except water), just do it.

2) don’t start over. just keep going.

3) log the days that you complete them and skip days that you don’t.

that’s it. those are the rules!
