MORNING ROUTINE W TIME STAMPS

this is my usual morning routine on the mornings I’m not working out!

my boyfriend is someone that can pop out of bed at 5:30 am, workout, and get a million things done by 8 am.

me on the other hand, i definitely prefer a slower start to my morning to set myself up for a good day. having a specific morning routine gives me time to relax in the morning but I still feel productive by the time I’ve completed my entire routine.
