High Protein Rasta Pasta🍝

Here is a quick, beginner and budget friendly dinner idea!! Inspired by the traditional Jamaican Rasta Pasta 🇯🇲🍝 I used chickpea pasta to add some extra protein to the dish, however it is completely optional🫶🏾 I hope that you all enjoy, if you try it lmk how you like it!!!

Ingredients

- Chicken breasts

- Chickpea pasta

- Heavy whipping cream

- Butter

- Minced garlic

- Shredded Pepper Jack cheese

- Bell pepper

- Yellow onion

Seasonings

- Jerk sauce of your choice

- Seasoning salt

- Onion powder

- Garlic powder

- Black pepper

- Parsley flakes/italian seasoning (optional)
