3. Dress for Success👗 I NEED to signal to my brain that it is time to work by changing out of my jammies!

While a suit isn't necessary, changing out of pajamas can boost productivity and signal to your brain that it's time to work. Dressing professionally can help you adopt a more focused and productive mindset.
