Easy One-Pan Ice Cream Sandwiches!

My Easy One-Pan Ice Cream Sandwiches always make the biggest hit at any gathering!🍨

Using homemade cookie dough for the top and bottom layers, then spread vanilla ice cream in the center to make one giant ice cream sandwich! 🍫

Cut them into initial squares and everyone can enjoy! 🍪 🍦

Ingredients 🛒

• 18 oz package of ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough, room temperature

• 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions ✍️

• Preheat oven to cookie dough instructions.

• Take our 2, 8x8 or 9x9 baking pans and line with parchment paper.

• Split the cookie dough between the 2 pans and press them evenly in the pans.

• Bake both cookies and allow to fully cool on a wire rack after baking.

• Once the cookies have cooled. Place one of the bake cookie pans back into one of the baking pans lined with parchment paper.

• Spread all the softened vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie.

• Place the remaining cookie piece of top and press down slightly so it adheres to the ice cream.

• Place into refrigerator, preferably overnight.

• Use a serrated knife to slice into 9 squares.

• Serve up and enjoy!
