Juicy Turkey Burgers! π
The key to a juicy turkey burger is to simply avoid overcooking it! I have discovered that cooking a turkey burger for exactly 5 minutes, on medium heat, will give you the perfect burger every time - no more dried out turkey burgers!
But my favorite part of my turkey burgers is the sauce that I make! If you are a fan of In-N-Outβs special sauce then you will LOVE this sauce!

Ingredients π
β’ 1/2 lb ground turkey
β’ 1 egg
β’ 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
β’ 1 Tsp garlic powder
β’ 1 Tsp onion powder
β’ 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
β’ 1 Tsp soy sauce
β’ Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
β’ 1 Tbsp olive oil
β’ Cheddar cheese slices
β’ Brioche buns
β’ Grilled onions
β’ Tomatoes, sliced
β’ Lettuce
β’ Dill pickles, sliced
β’ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
β’ 2 Tbsp ketchup
β’ 1 Tbsp cornichons, chopped
β’ 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
β’ 1 Tsp white wine vinegar
β’ 1 Tsp sugar

β’ In a medium bowl add in the ground turkey, egg, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, and salt & pepper. Combine all the ingredients with your hands and form 2 patties.
β’ Cook the patties on a medium-heat skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes per side. Place your desired cheese on the burger and cover to melt the cheese.
β’ Add your toppings to your burger.
β’ To make the sauce - into a medium bowl add in the mayonnaise, ketchup, cornichons, dijon, white wine vinegar, sugar, and salt & pepper. Whisk together then smother your burger with this sauce!
