On a weight loss journey here’s some meals I make!
1. Thai basil chicken and cauliflower fried rice. A quick and easy meal to also meal prep for work and microwave
2. Hummus veggie curry. Full of nutrients and chickpeas for protein when I don’t feel like eating meat.
3. CAVA bowl. CAVA is my fav takeout place but I like to make a lower calorie version at home and keep it in my meal rotation
4. Chipotle bowl dupe. Another homemade version of takeout to be healthier!
5. Turkey chili. I LOVE chili especially during the winter and using ground turkey is a way to make it leaner and pack protein in. A macro friendly meal don’t sleep on chili!
