BIRTH PLAN

These are some of the simple things I had on my birth plan when I gave birth to my son! My birth was not picture perfect, however having some of these “rules/ boundaries” set in place, it made it a bit smoother, easier and more magical! ✨

Birth is sacred, special, and should honor what the mother wants for her experience. Things do happen and don’t always go as planned, however having a guideline to what you want to happen, is never a bad idea! 🤰🏼🤱🏼
