Twix Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich 🍫🍦

Used the last few of my brownie batter cookies to make an ice cream sandwich using Twix ice cream!! It was sooo good!! 🤤

Ingredients:

✨ Brownie Batter Cookies

✨ Twix Ice Cream

✨ Whipped Cream

💥 Using a serrated knife, cut the pint of ice cream into 3 sections

💥 Place 1 section of the ice cream on to a cookie

💥 Cover with whipped cream

💥 Place the other cookie on top & lightly press down
