Feeding My Sourdough Starter 🫙 🍞

It’s now been a whole week since I’ve stepped into my “Sourdough Era” ☺️

There’s been a couple really good days…. Then a few days where I’m thinking something’s wrong & maybe I should start completely over!! 🙂‍↕️

Here’s how I’ve been feeding Stacy!! 🍽️🍼

✨ Discard about 1/2 ( I’ve made a bowl filled with just discard just to see what will happen with it & named him Steve!!

✨ Add in 1/2 cup of Bread Flour

✨ Mix in

✨ Add in 1/4 cup Filtered Water

✨ Mix well

✨ Lightly place a towel & lay on the lid ( don’t screw it on, you starter needs to breathe )
