Skillet Nachos 🌮🍗

This is leftover nachos 😅 at our pop up there was a vendor selling beef nachos with beans, cheese, & sour cream! Then when I got home I shredded the chicken from the other night even added the carrots! Topped it off with more cheese, mild sauce! Tossed in a 400° over about 20 minutes 🤗
