This meal took a minute to make! Iβve been wanting something with a little spice so this is what I came up with!! Also been trying to take a break from dairy so I substituted our regular milk for oat milk even left out cheese all together!!

Pasta:
β¨ 3 tbl Butter
β¨ 3 tbl Flour
β¨ 3-4 cups Oat Milk
β¨ 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
β¨ 2 Tbl Minced Garlic
β¨ 5 oz Fresh Chopped Spinach
β¨ 8 oz Pasta ( I used Rotini )
β¨ Old Bay, Salt, Pepper, Basil, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Sage β To Taste
π₯ Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour
π₯ Add milk ( may need more or less depending on how thick or loose you like your sauce )
π₯ In a separate pan, sautΓ© bell pepper, garlic & spinach, then add to sauce
π₯ In another pot cook pasta until al dente, drain then add to the sauce
π₯ Stir together && season to taste!!
Salmon:
π₯ Brush with Dijon Mustard
π₯ Season with Old Bay & Lemon Pepper Seasoning
π₯ Put in a 400Β° air - fryer for about 15 minutes
π₯ When itβs done add a squeeze of lemon
