Breakfast Pizza 🍕

Love a good breakfast pizza. Super easy to make & customizable with whatever toppings you like!! 💛🍕

Country Gravy:

Ingredients:

✨ 1 Tbl Butter

✨ 1 Tbl Flour

✨ 1 Cup Heavy Cream

✨ 2 cooked Sausage Patties

✨ Salt, Pepper, Sage

💥 Melt butter whisk in flour until it looks like a paste! ( making a roux )

💥 Whisk in heavy cream a little at a time ( you may not need the whole cup depending on how thick or creamy you like your gravy )

💥 Small dice sausage patties & add into gravy!!

💥 Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sage!

Breakfast Pizza:

✨ Toast pita bread about 5 minutes at 350°!!

✨ Take out of oven, add country gravy, shredded mozzarella && diced sausage patties!!

✨ Put back into oven until all melted together!!
