📍Nesuto - favorite cake shop in Singapore

@dear.nesuto is my go to cake shop in Singapore for birthdays or any celebrations. Here we have the 𝑲𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒘𝒂 𝑯ō𝒋𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂 which consists of Hōjicha Ganache and Hōjicha Chantilly in between layers of soft fluffy Hōjicha Soufflé Chiffon Sponge and Hōjicha Tea Specks for finishing touch. It is the only tea-based cake at Nesuto. I love the roasted flavor and rich nuttiness of the Hōjicha paired with the soft, fluffy and moist chiffon sponge.

Another favorite is 𝑳𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒎𝒂 cake. It has layers of cottony-soft souffle black sesame sponge and layers of light black sesame custard cream. It is topped with black and white sesame almond streusel which added a crunch and a little saltiness to the cake. This cake is earthy and just slightly sweet (a winner for older people). The sponge cake is extremely light but fluffy. I am the type that smears excess cream on my plate but I had every last bit of this cake. Hands down, one of my favorite cakes I’ve tried in Singapore.

The Konichiwa Hōjicha and Japanese Goma Cake (currently unavailable) are my two favorites cake from Nesuto.
