Next, it’s time to satisfy your cravings at 🐟Tong Fu Ju Sichuan Restaurant🐟 in Boat Quay. Since 2011, this spot has been serving authentic Sichuan dishes, known especially for their fresh seafood🦐🦞. We indulged in their **House Special Double Delight Grilled Fish** (SGD $58.80) where you get to choose 2️⃣ out of 4️⃣! (Grilled fish, crayfish, braised chicken 🐓 with green pepper🫑 and potato 🥔& lamb spine!) You get to choose from a selection of 7️⃣ flavors - Pickled Cabbage, Special Tomato 🍅, Tom Yum 🥘, Chopped Hot Chilli Sauce 🌶️ etc.

We went for their **Hot & Spicy Grilled fish 🐟 & garlic crayfish** aka xiao long xia! 🦞 - The grilled fish was incredibly TENDER and packed with delicious meat! 😋However, it a bit of a challenge to extract the meat inside of the grilled crayfishes...😅 ❗️Pro tip: seize this opportunity to increase your 🌟aura points while deshelling the grilled crayfish for your partner 😉

We also had their **Fried Dragon Chives with Garlic** (SGD$16) - we felt that although it tasted like a comforting home-cooked dish, the price did not reflect it😅 so feel free to skip this! Their refreshing signature fruit tea🍍 (SGD $8.80) & thai coconut 🥥 - the portions were GENEROUS! The restaurant’s location along the Singapore River 🦦is a LOVELY BONUS💖! After dinner, take a romantic stroll along the river while enjoying a heart-to-heart talk😝!

The flavors are ✨subtle✨ and lean towards a creamy taste rather than an overpowering tea flavor🫶🏻. With Nian Gao waffles🧇 priced at JUST SGD$6, and adding a double scoop of ice cream and cold brewed tea for only SGD$14.30, this SWEET ending is both AFFORDABLE and YUMMY😋!
