SUNDAY RESET to feel the most confident ❤️

This is my Sunday Routine. The reason why I love doing self care Sundays is because I want to have a successful week. And by doing that I need to prioritize myself. 1: take a yoga class. Start my Sunday with a yoga class sets the tone for a peaceful productive week. And I get to stretch my body. 2: let’s be honest ladies, we plan out out our hair washing days. I have lots of free time on Sundays so I can fully submerge in the shower and let my hair sit in conditioner so I can the healthiest hair. 3: plan out my outfits for the week. It’s one less headache throughout the week so I like to get it out the way. 4: throughout the week I stick to healthy meals and Sunday is the one day where I don’t count my macros and just enjoy all my favorite meals.
