4. Protein shakes and milk are good recovery foods to help fuel you back up. I personally can’t drink it before because I feel sick to run after drinking milk. I wait about 30 minutes after a run for my body to digest and feel good after running

6. Water is good but sometimes needs help. Electrolyte drinks are a good way to replenish faster while also getting some sugar back into your body after running
